7 Days of Prep Prayer for Encounter God’s Presence camp 2022
We start our 7 Days of Prep Prayer as we prepare for what God is going to do. Our 7th Day of Prayer will be on the actual day camp starts on Mon. June 27.
Please feel free to share this link with youth workers, teenagers, parents and to any of prayer warriors so they can also pray each day’s focus along with always praying Psalm 91 hedge of protection.

Fasting – if you feel led, some will pick one day to fast a meal or a meal one day the week before camp in preparation. This is obviously not just skipping a meal but that extra time spent seeking God. Read Isaiah 58 for fasting that pleases God. Another option esp. for those who struggle with food disorders is to fast from something else for like 30 min. that day, like tv or the computer and use that time pursing God.

As we prepare for this year’s Encounter God’s Presence Camp let’s begin to thank God for all He’s gonna do! Also, thank Him for financial provision for every adult and teenager that has a desire to go to camp. And for the opportunity to serve with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Prayer – God, You’ve chosen to declare and show Your Glory to this generation and for that we’re grateful. We count it an honor and a privilege to be used by You and do not take it for granted. God, we pray that You will have Your way in every one of us, that You would speak through us to reach this generation for You! Thank You for loving us all so much, for showing us Your mercy, grace, and peace everyday. We honor You as our Lord and Savior. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.

#2 of 7 Days of Prep Prayers (for Wed. June 22):
Hunger
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled.
Matthew 5:6 NKJV
And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.”
John 6:35 NKJV
Father, we thank You that You have made each of us with an internal desire for connection with You. We ask that You would stir up the hunger in each of us leading up to camp this year and set an appointed time to fill us. We thank You in advance for filling our hunger and thirst for right-standing with You. Jesus, help us to know You as the bread of life and our thirst-quencher. Speak to the areas of our lives where we have experienced or felt lack and reveal Yourself to us as the One who meets our needs. Father, You are the only one who can fill us so we ask that You would remove any other things we’ve sought for satisfaction, bring us to repentance and reveal Yourself to us as the only One who brings us true life. We ask this in Jesus’ name.

The King is Coming!
So wake up, you living gateways!

Heavenly Father, we thank You that You have made us a living gateway for Your presence and Your Kingdom! We ask for this truth to come to life in each person at youth camp. We ask that You would allow each person and heart to be open to receive all that You have for us. We ask Father that You would remove every barrier that has kept us from allowing us to know You and for You to move and live through us. We ask You to forgive us where we’ve been resistant to You and we ask that You would remind us again, how You want to be with us. We acknowledge that You created us to know You, to be loved by You and to share Your love with everyone. We pray this in Jesus’ name.

Day # 4 of 7 –
God’s Will be Done
Let us pray that God’s will be done at camp. God we recognize that You are in control of everything and You are not subject to our plans or schedule, but rather we are subject to Yours. You are welcome in each and every session. Wherever we are, we welcome You to have Your way in us all so we can experience You like never before. Father, help us to wait patiently on You, yield ourselves to Your Spirit, listen closely to what You say, and as You lead we will follow.
In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Matthew 6: 9-10 NKJV
Therefore I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. Micah 7:7 NKJV
But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 NKJV

Day #5 of 7
Pray for the Word of God being shared & for “Triple T”
But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. James 1:22 NLT
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 NKJV
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:31-32 NKJV
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:1 NKJV
Let us pray for the Word that will go forth during each message given by all the speakers and artists. And also when our individual youth groups share together in “Triple T” (Times To Testify).
Heavenly Father, thank You for the Word You’ve placed on the hearts of each person sharing. I pray that we will have ears to hear and hearts to receive Your Word and apply it to our lives so we will be doers of Your Word and not hearers only. Thank You that Your Word will not return void but will accomplish everything for which You sent it. You say, when we abide in Your Word, we shall know the truth, and the truth shall make us free. God, we pray that everyone who is in Christ Jesus will be able to walk in that liberty; free from guilt, condemnation, and the bondage of sin. In the name of Jesus.

Day #6 of 7
Heart of Expectancy
For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland. Isaiah 43:19 NLT
Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.” Revelation 21:5 NKJV
Heavenly Father, we pray that You will do a new thing within us all at camp this year!! From the worship, to The Word spoken over us, and to the prayers that will go out, God have Your way. Help us to yield to Your Spirit and as You move, we will move with You. May everything be done for Your Glory! Create rivers in the dry wastelands in our lives and make a pathway through the wilderness we face, so that Your called and chosen will be refreshed. God, please place in us a heart of expectancy for breakthroughs, healing, deliverance, lives to be completely changed, and eyes opened to the truth of Your Word. Lord, we expect You to do a new thing, in Jesus’ name!!!

Salvation, Deliverance, and Healing
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered:… Joel 2:32 KJV

There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 NLT
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 NKJV
Heavenly Father, we pray for everyone that will be at Encounter to know You as Lord and Savior. There may be some who felt pressured to come and have no desire to be there on their own. God, we pray they will encounter You in such a way that their eyes will be opened to see You for who You are- King of Kings and Lord of Lords; touch their hearts and minds so they are changed forever. We pray for complete deliverance to go forth from every stronghold, sin, imagination and high thing that tries to exalt itself against the knowledge of You. May every thought be brought captive unto the obedience of Christ. And God, we praise You now for complete healing, mind, body, and spirit for Your Glory! In Jesus’ name.
