The Oct. 2023 schedule here is tentative and is subject to change via The Holy Spirit!

The team will be staying the 2 nights in dorm rooms in Hungerford.

Note – We’re still tweaking the schedule.

You will need to bring pillow & bedding for twin bed.

* Sat. morning – Some are meeting at 10:30am to caravan, others are traveling on their own to meet up in Hungerford at about 4pm to set up for youth rally. (From Burleson, it’s about 4 hour drive time, plus stops.)

* Gas stop/snacks possibly at Buc-ee’s (about 1 ½ hr. down the rode) Travel meal – Dinner (need $) before arrival. Bring or grab breakfast items if not doing early breakfast meals at base.

* Sat. Worship band sound check 4pm

* Dinner – 5pm at base

* 6-9pm? – Youth Rally (in Hungerford)

* Sun. breakfast 7:30am at base (rsvp to eat or not to eat in advance)

* worship band practice

* (Sunday School 9:30am)

* Sun. lunch 12pm at base

* Main Church – EGP leading service 4pm

* Dinner – 6:30pm at base

* 8pm – Service project (Probably painting at a ministry in Hungerford.)

* Mon. breakfast 7am at base (rsvp to eat or not to eat in advance)

* Outreach to kids at park in Houston (Prob. Discovery Green Park, 1500 McKinney St, Houston, TX 77010)

* Mon. lunch out at little restaurant at park… see their menu of what you can buy.

* Video shoot ?

* Head back, gas/snack stop (possibly Buc-ee’s) return to DFW about 7pm. (Some may need to leave earlier to get back sooner.)
