Shannon & Amanda Pickard both have such a great heart for people. Shannon & Amanda serve on the E.G.P. Board and are a vital part of E.G.P. and also help lead our prophetic ministry at youth camp and servant leadership conferences. Amanda leads a workshop at youth camp that specifically for the girls that is so needed and extremely beneficial.  Pastor Shannon is the senior pastor of Revive Church. He has a Bachelors Degree in Journalism from University of Texas at Austin, a Certified LifeWay Christian Discipleship, and has a Chicken Soup for the Soul Facilitating Skills Mastery.  

Shannon a.k.a. “Shan the Man” is a hilarious Christian comedian and is our awesome MC at youth camp. Each year he either gives a great message or does a crazy comedy hour. After starting his first company while just a sophomore in high school, Shannon quickly embraced a mission to impact young America in a big way. He became a writer, producer, and co-host of a weekly TV show called Teen Talk for Warner Bros, a series regular on TLC’s For Better or For Worse, and was a regular performer at The World Famous Laugh Factory Comedy Club in Hollywood, California. His other acting credits include rolls in Varsity Blues, Walker Texas Ranger and The Runner. Years ago, Shannon was deemed “The #1 Most Requested Young Speaker In America” by Student Activities Magazine, and began to author books to empower people to embrace their calling and to help turn ordinary people of today into extraordinary leaders of tomorrow!

He is also the acclaimed author of the top-selling book The Choice Is Yours: A Formula For Success, co-author of How To Achieve Unlimited Success, and the creator and author of IMPROV-ing The Power of Educators.
