Each year Encounter God’s Presence youth camp has many individuals wanting to come to camp that is not coming with a youth group, please follow these below instructions to apply for consideration to register. Unfortunately, not everyone is guaranteed. Need to hurry, as these spots are limited.
This option is for teenagers 13 to 18. (Those actually coming with a youth group can be younger, a graduating 5th grader going into 6th grade or 12 years old. Those graduated can ask their church about possibly helping to serve as a helper with their youth group.) Now it is a little different for those coming just as an individual. By the time of camp, individuals need to be graduating from 6th grade or 13 years old and can be up to a graduating senior. Individuals would be placed in the “E.G.P. Student Ministries” group that’s led by E.G.P. servant leaders. If you’re 18 or older and your church is not coming, then you can contact E.G.P. to apply to be considered to be an adult volunteer. (Adults and teenagers pay the same price.)

STEPS NEEDED FOR INDIVIDUALS:
1. Evaluation forms (for all newbies not well-known by EGP leadership) should be emailed at email below for consideration.
2. Camp registration form should be “snail mailed” to address at the bottom.
3. We need all teenagers and adults to please email their shirt size
4. and a casual profile picture so the group can begin to learn names and faces and be praying for each.
5. Make payments and follow the “Checklist” of things due found on main youth camp page.
Now again if the individual is already well-known by the leadership, they do not need to have the evaluations filled out. For example, filling out our regular camp registration form, making the camp deposit/payments directly to E.G.P., following the schedule for camp payments and such. All accepted applicants should make sure and arrive to Nelson (aka SAGU) on that Monday, by 1:45pm for your 2pm orientation meeting. You will meet up others in the “EGP Student Ministries” group there and wait in the main foyer of Sheaffer Center (see map on main page) until the orientation meeting please. (You should be picked up at camp on that Friday at 10am, after room is checked and key is returned. Note – they charge a fee for lost keys.)
Registration Form – once printed and filled out, it can be mailed to the address at the bottom of the page. Or it can be emailed to EncounterGodsPresence at gmail.com but form needs to be scanned or pictures taken but please make sure they are clear and bright without any dark shadows on the pages.
As stated above, if individuals are not already well-known by E.G.P. leadership, they first need to apply by having two people each fill out an evaluation (of your choice) below.
1. First evaluation must be filled out by a parent (form here). And then the 2nd person either fills out this same form but should be an adult from school (which was who this form was originally geared towards) (form here) or you could have a spiritual leader fill out the one below.
