Always note with payments who it’s for and if it’s for kid’s camp, youth camp, mission trip, etc please. If you’re coming with a church group, you make payments to your church and they pay EGP.
Church Groups – each church collects forms & payments from all of their kids and helpers and then the church should pay E.G.P. (See the different ways to pay below.) Kids and servant leaders stay in dorms with numerous bunk beds. If you have plenty of adult supervision staying with your group and have pastors or other key leaders who are interested in a motel room on site (if available as they are very limited) please request a quote for that additional cost.
Individual Kids – There are times we make special exceptions for individual kids that do not have a church group that’s coming to camp.
So 1st step is to email EGP a request to see if there are any openings for individuals at [email protected]. Ideal if the mother or even the whole family can make it to make it also and it’s a little extra to be able to stay in a motel room on site (if available) instead of the dorms with numerous bunk beds where all the church groups are staying. Note – all adults have some requirements as leaders like background check and online training.
Regardless if an individual is on their own or coming with their mother or their whole family, these that are coming to camp as an individual without a children’s ministry group, will be placed with one of the church groups for activities, seating at sessions, etc.
Next steps for INDIVIDUALS (not with a group) after receiving confirmation is to 1. send registration form, 2. casual profile photo, 3. list out shirt size 4. any food allergies 5. along with payment through one of the options listed below. 6. email requesting specific arrival appointment time and pick up time 7. Character Evaluation Form is usually needed.
If individuals are not already known by E.G.P. leadership, they first need to apply by having someone fill out one of the two evaluations (of your choice) below.

EGP kid’s camp 2025 is Wed. June 4 – Sat. June 7, the early bird rate is $290. Then the regular rate would be $20 more. After May 24th there would the extra $20 late fee
Note – Kid’s Camp is the same price for kids, youth helpers and adults. Churches may need to charge extra to cover transportation and/or servant leader’s costs. Everyone will receive a camp shirt, that’s included along with the 3 nights of lodging and 8 meals (Wed. dinner to Fri. dinner in cafeteria and Sat. breakfast is pre-packaged).
Schedule your group’s check-in time for Wed., the possible available appointments MAY be between 12 – 2pm and check out on Sat. between 8:30am – 10am. Email to confirm and request your check-in time. (Unfortunately, the campsite has a NO visitors allowed policy for kid’s camp.)
Your church/group may need to charge your people some extra for any travel & other expenses. Camp shirts are included. $50 deposits will be due by Fri., Feb. 7th, 2025 but please understand spots are on a First come, First served basis. Churches usually “front” money to hold spots in advance for their group. In other words, don’t wait till all your people turn in their forms and their deposits, otherwise there’s usually a few that could hold up your whole group. For example, you’re looking to bring a group of 25 people, don’t wait but go ahead send deposits for 25 and collect any of the procrastinator’s forms & money afterwards.
We have tried to push payment due dates as far back as possible to give churches more time so please try to follow these guidelines.

* Friday, May 16th – Training and Background Checks Confirm all your adults and student servant leaders (14 years & up) have gone through the Sexual Abuse Awareness Training by Mon. May 19th. Anyone not completed it by Mon. May 26th Memorial Day should pay the $5 fee.)
* Background checks on everyone 18 and older need to be run (background checks can be bought through EGP) and email EGP list of leaders and confirming both has been done. NOTE – Bring copies of everyone’s training certificates and also background checks to camp to turn in at registration please.
* Friday, May 16th – Send payments for any Tie-Dye or special order merch

Late fees:
All churches should send in their final payment for their group by Friday, May 16th. (So you would probably want your camper’s last payment due to you by at least Wednesday, May 14th or sooner.)
Any additional or remaining payments mailed after Friday, May 23rd should have a $20 late fee included per individual. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
** Monday. May 19th – Groups need to schedule arrival check-in time for Wed. Please email us your requested arrival time. Individuals who will be with E.G.P. Student Ministries should arrive at a designated time, please email details. Note – Wed. dinner is the fist meal.

NO fees for you or Encounter IF you choose to send it through Paypal with money that’s in your PayPal account or your bank account. Click on this “NO fee” button, enter our email, food, and donation amount and than continue on to choose “Friends or Family” and follow the instructions.
This option has a fee to send money (monthly option) using a credit card or debit card. The fee in the U.S. is 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount you send.
